Terry French joined Kennedy in 2001. As Vice President of Capital Controls she oversees the disbursement of capital for acquisitions, dispositions and development projects. The Capital Control group is also responsible for the processing of tenant improvements, lease commissions and capital improvements on operating assets. Ms. French has over 24 years of experience in closing of acquisitions and dispositions and administration of development projects.

Prior to joining Kennedy, she was a Development Administration Officer for Merrill Gardens, LLC, a Seattle based developer and operator of assisted living communities. While at Merrill she participated in the company’s largest acquisition of 18 communities. Prior to Merrill she spent 15 years in the banking industry closing loans and providing development oversight for institutions such as Bank of America.

Ms. French attended Washington State University.
