J. Thaddeus Moore III joined Kennedy in 2005 with primary responsibility for developing, generating and structuring acquisition opportunities throughout the State of California.

Mr. Moore's previous professional history encompasses over 25 years of real estate experience including development, real estate finance, and asset management.

He began his career at Norris, Beggs and Simpson, a commercial brokerage and mortgage banking firm based in San Francisco. While at NB&S, he served as a managing director of the Capital Asset Group providing financial and advisory services to major institutional investors through out the United States. Subsequent to his involvement at NB&S, Mr. Moore founded Santa Maria Holdings, Inc. and Lone Tree Properties, Inc. both successful real estate investment, development, and management companies.

Mr. Moore holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
