Steve Reents joined Kennedy in May 2003 as a Financial Analyst. He was promoted to Asset Manager in October
2004 and currently serves as a Vice President in asset management.
Prior to joining Kennedy, Mr. Reents spent six years with Mitsubishi International Corporation where he was
a manager responsible for strategic business development and analysis in the international aerospace
industry.
Mr. Reents graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a degree in Economics and earned a certificate
in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington.
Mr. Reents is a LEED Accredited Professional, having demonstrated to the U.S. Green Building Council a thorough understanding
of green building practices and principles and familiarity with LEED requirements, resources and processes. Additionally, he is a past
volunteer for the University of Washington’s Runstad Center for Commercial Real Estate Studies.
