Robert Kovecs joined Kennedy in 2002 as a Portfolio Controller. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining Kennedy's
accounting policies and procedures, supervising a group of professionals dedicated to the accounting and financial reporting
of real estate investments, facilitating audit processes and working directly with trustees regarding investment information.
Prior to joining Kennedy, Mr. Kovecs was a Manager of Corporate Finance at Frank Russell Company, with responsibilities surrounding
internal real estate reporting, as well as securities broker/dealer reporting to the NASD and the SEC. During his tenure at
Frank Russell Company, he was also responsible for managing the annual audit process for year-end financial statements as required
for many of the subsidiaries of the company, as well as the consolidated corporate financial statements. Prior to Frank Russell Company,
Robert was employed with both Trammell Crow Company and JMB Properties Company in various financial reporting and accounting capacities.
Mr. Kovecs is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington, and is registered with the NASD as a Financial and Operations Principal. He has
over 13 years of experience in real estate financial accounting and reporting. Mr. Kovecs received a Bachelor's degree in Finance from
Washington State University, and is a member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.
