Robert Coulman joined Kennedy in March 2004 as a Vice President on the Asset Management
team in the Washington, D.C. office. He has seven years of real estate experience.
Formerly, Mr. Coulman co-managed approximately $1.5 billion of commercial real estate
including office, industrial, and retail assets with LaSalle Investment Management in
London, England. His responsibilities included the oversight of assets, as well as involvement
in numerous acquisitions and dispositions. He spent two years training to earn the designation
of Chartered Surveyor with Jones Lang LaSalle in London before moving to LaSalle Investment Management.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Coulman was a Property Manager with Prentiss Properties Ltd. Inc.,
a Real Estate Investment Trust, where he managed properties in Orlando, Florida and Ft. Worth and Dallas, Texas.
Mr. Coulman received a BA degree in English Literature from Rollins College and an MA degree in
Property Valuation and Law from City University Business School in London.
