Rich Hass is the director of real estate disposition activity at Kennedy and a member of the Investment Committee.

Mr. Hass joined Kennedy in 1984 and served as an acquisition officer at Kennedy for 19 years. During that period, he was responsible for generating industrial, office, retail and multi-family investments worth $1 billion in markets throughout the United States. Since 2003, Mr. Hass has been responsible for the successful disposition of $2.5 billion in properties throughout the United States.

He is currently a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a licensed real estate broker in Washington.
