Peter Potrykus joined Kennedy in June 2007 as a Vice President on the Asset Management team in the Washington, D.C. office. He has over 28 years experience managing all types of commercial real estate.

Before joining Kennedy, Mr. Potrykus was a Senior Vice President with KBS Realty Advisors where he was responsible for managing the company's investments in the Mid-Atlantic and the Southeast.

Prior to KBS, Mr. Potrykus enjoyed a 20-year career with John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company where he managed all types of commercial real estate from investment grade and separate account assets to distressed and foreclosed properties.

Mr. Potrykus earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. Mary's University, Halifax, N.S. and his Master of Science degree in Management from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA. He holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
