Nancy Ng joined Kennedy in 2001 and is responsible for establishing and maintaining Kennedy's accounting policies and procedures, supervising client accounting and financial reporting and facilitating the audit process by external accountants.

Ms. Ng began her career in public accounting with PriceWaterhouse before working in a variety of financial management and consultant positions in the real estate industry. She has over 20 years of management experience with public and private real estate partnership syndicators, several Seattle real estate investment, brokerage and management companies and systems implementation and consulting for over 50 real estate companies in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining Kennedy, she was the Director of Finance at Martin Smith Inc., a Seattle area real estate management company, where she led the implementation of a new financial reporting system and reorganized its corporate and property accounting departments.

Ms. Ng received a BBA degree from the University of Washington. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington and is a member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. She serves on the Accounting Committee of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF).
