Martha Marian, Vice President, is responsible for real estate investment research and yield analysis. She combines her extensive financial and real estate skills with a knowledge of computer technology to create a highly responsive financial analysis system for the firm. She has implemented extensive computer models and programs to facilitate the analysis and negotiation of complex real estate transactions, and for the accounting and reporting of large property portfolios.

Ms. Marian received a BA in business administration, with emphasis in accounting, from the University of Washington. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants and has 23 years real estate experience.
