Libby Stevenson is the Risk and Compliance Officer for Kennedy Associates. She is responsible for procurement, loss control and claims
management for portfolio and corporate insurance. As Compliance Officer, she is responsible for the annual review of Kennedy’s Compliance
Procedures Manual and employee training. Libby joined Kennedy in 1996 and held the position of Closing Manager for acquisition,
disposition and loan transactions for 13 years.
Prior employers include Cox, Castle & Nicholson, a real estate law firm in Los Angeles, Bedford Properties, a real estate developer
headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, and Chicago Title Insurance Company.
Ms. Stevenson holds a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation. She has served two terms on the CREW Seattle Board of
Directors, Co-Chaired the 2005 CREW Network National Convention in Seattle and earned the honor of CREW Seattle Member of the Year in
2004. She is an active participant in the NAREIM Senior Risk Managers’ Forum and a member of the Risk & Insurance Management Society
(RIMS). She is a graduate of Colorado State University in Fort Collins.
