Libby Stevenson joined Kennedy in 1996 as the Closing Manager for acquisitions, dispositions and loans.
Ms. Stevenson is also responsible for the procurement of property, casualty and pollution insurance,
loss control and claims coordination for assets under Kennedy’s management.
Prior employers include Cox, Castle & Nicholson, a real estate law firm in Los Angeles, Bedford Properties,
a real estate developer headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, and Chicago Title Insurance Company.
Ms. Stevenson holds a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation. She has served two terms
on the CREW Seattle Board of Directors, Co-Chaired the 2005 CREW Network National Convention in Seattle and
earned the honor of CREW Seattle Member of the Year in 2004. She is an active participant in the NAREIM Senior
Risk Managers’ Forum and a member of the Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS). She is a graduate of
Colorado State University in Fort Collins.
