Kim Addy joined Kennedy in 1990. As production manager for the Acquisition Group, she works closely with Shobi Khan, Director of Acquisitions, and supervises the Acquisition staff in Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Bethesda. She oversees the writing, editing, and production of investment briefs, and format development and compliance with client standards and specifications. Prior to joining Kennedy, she worked in management and public relations for a large international corporation.

Ms. Addy has completed coursework in business, political science, economics, and critical writing at the University of Washington. She holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Ms. Addy is a Master Scuba Diver and holds numerous certifications awarded by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI).
