Kim Addy joined Kennedy in 1990. As project manager for the Acquisition Group, she works closely with John Parker, President, and supervises the Acquisition staff in Seattle, Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Bethesda. She oversees the writing, editing, and production of investment briefs, and format development and compliance with client standards and specifications. Prior to joining Kennedy, she worked in management and public relations for a large international corporation.

Ms. Addy has completed coursework in business, political science, and critical writing at the University of Washington, and a three-year certificate program at the UW Business School. Ms. Addy holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, awarded by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute of the National Association of Realtors. She is an avid scuba diver and is certified as a Rescue Diver, Drift Diver, Deep Diver, and Master Diver by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI).
