Kelly Allison joined Kennedy Associates in 2005 and is the firm's Corporate Controller. She is responsible for establishing and maintaining Kennedy's corporate accounting policies and procedures in addition to providing accounting and financial reporting of Kennedy's corporate books and investment entities.
Prior to joining Kennedy, Ms. Allison spent six years as the Chief Financial Officer for a high net
worth family in Washington State. She managed all financial aspects of the family's real estate portfolio,
including acquisition, development, financing, property management, and dispositions. Ms. Allison had
previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Controller for the Vyzis Company, a $350 million
privately owned real estate development and property management company. She has over 12 years of experience
in overseeing the financial affairs of large diversified real estate portfolios.
Ms. Allison received a BA in accounting from the University of Puget Sound, Cum Laude, and an MS degree in
Taxation from Golden Gate University. She is a licensed CPA in the State of Washington.
