Kelli D. Dickerson joined Kennedy in July 2006 as a Vice President on the Asset Management team in the Washington, D.C. office.

In 1995, Ms. Dickerson began her career in commercial real estate in Portland, Oregon with the Ashforth Company as a Tenant Services Representative. She joined Trammell Crow Company in Washington, D.C. in 1999 as a Property Manager and was thereafter asked to join IBUS Management & Development, Inc., which was her primary client during her tenure. Over a six-year span as Asset Manager with the company, she became responsible for the Dutch-owned IBUS U.S. portfolio of commercial office, multi-family and retail assets valued in excess of $330 million.

Ms. Dickerson earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in 1992 and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of North Texas in Denton in 1994 and has conducted coursework in Real Property Administration.
