Justin Hildebrandt joined Kennedy in 2006 as an Acquisition Associate in the California office with the responsibility of acquisition activities in California and Nevada.

Prior to Kennedy, Mr. Hildebrandt was responsible for asset management for Spieker Realty Investments. He worked directly with Ned Spieker and other senior partners of the company and oversaw property management and leasing, financial reporting and business plans for the office, retail, and residential properties. Concurrently, he worked at Lone Tree Properties acquiring value-added opportunities throughout California.

Mr. Hildebrandt holds a BA degree from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional, a licensed California real estate broker, and a member of The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). He speaks fluent German and was a recipient of the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Scholarship, an exchange student scholarship jointly funded by the U.S. Congress and German Bundestag. He is also an active volunteer with The Guardsmen, a non-profit organization that raises money to send disadvantaged Bay Area children to school and summer camp.
