Justin Hildebrandt joined Kennedy in 2006 as an Acquisition Associate in the California office with the responsibility of acquisition activities in California and Nevada.

Prior to Kennedy, Mr. Hildebrandt was responsible for asset management for Spieker Realty Investments. He worked directly with Ned Spieker and other senior partners of the company and oversaw property management and leasing, financial reporting and business plans for the office, retail, and residential properties. Concurrently, he worked at Lone Tree Properties acquiring value-added opportunities throughout California.

Mr. Hildebrandt holds a BA degree from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a Director of the University Club of San Francisco and a member of the Urban Land Institute. He is fluent in German and is involved with the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Program—an exchange student scholarship jointly funded by the U.S. Congress and German Bundestag.
