John B. Poston joined Kennedy in April 2007 with the primary responsibility for developing, generating, and structuring acquisition opportunities throughout Texas.

Mr. Poston’s previous professional real estate experience has all been in Texas and includes positions with Bear Stearns Real Estate Group, Premisys Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield, and Trammell Crow Company.

Mr. Poston holds a BS degree in communications from the University of Texas at Austin and is a 2005 graduate of the Acton MBAE Program in Austin, Texas. Mr. Poston is a co-founder of the Rise School of Dallas and Houston and serves on the Board of Directors of the Dallas, Houston and Denver schools. He is also a Board member of UT Southwestern Medical Center Properties.
