Gabriel Kompkoff joined Kennedy in June 2002 as a Financial Analyst. He was promoted to Asset Manager in
March 2004 and currently serves as a Vice President in asset management. Mr. Kompkoff is responsible for
a 7.8 million sf portfolio of office and industrial assets valued a $640 million located in Dallas,
Denver, Los Angeles, Reno, and San Diego.
Mr. Kompkoff earned his Master of Public Administration and Certificate in Real Estate from the Runstad
Center at the University of Washington. While in school, the Enterprise Foundation awarded Mr. Kompkoff
its U.S. Housing and Urban Development Fellowship. Mr. Kompkoff also received his BA from the University
of Washington.
Mr. Kompkoff is a LEED Accredited Professional, having demonstrated to the U.S. Green Building Council a
thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and familiarity with LEED requirements,
resources and processes. Additionally, he is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and NAIOP, the
Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
