David Antonelli joined Kennedy Associates in 1995 and is a Senior Vice President in the
Acquisition group. Based in the Washington, D.C. office, he is responsible for all of
Kennedy's acquisition and other investment activities in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.
From 1989 through 1995, Mr. Antonelli was employed by New York-based Elders American Realty Capital Inc.,
a joint venture of Foster's Brewing Group Limited of Australia and American Realty Capital, Inc.
In this capacity, he participated in the acquisition, asset management and disposition of $300 million
of income-producing properties located throughout the United States. His responsibilities also included
supervisory asset management of a separate, $350 million portfolio of equity joint ventures. Initially
hired as an Associate, Mr. Antonelli was ultimately promoted to Vice President.
From 1986 through 1988, Mr. Antonelli was a Financial Analyst in the management consulting department
of KPMG's Washington, D.C. office. His responsibilities included supporting the firm's clients in
financial management, organization analysis, and development and implementation of computer-based financial
management systems.
Mr. Antonelli holds an MBA degree in finance from George Washington University and a BA degree in economics
from Syracuse University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Industrial
and Office Properties.
