Bruce Tuesley joined Kennedy Associates in February 2005 as a Vice President, Asset Management. Mr. Tuesley came to Kennedy from Trammell Crow Company, where he was responsible for all leasing activities in over one million square feet of mixed use real estate owned by Microsoft Co-founder Paul Allen in the South Lake Union area of Seattle.

At Kennedy, Mr. Tuesley is responsible for a 3.9 million square foot portfolio of industrial assets valued at $235 million. He has worked for over 20 years in the real estate industry. He has experience in office, industrial and high tech brokerage, industrial development, and as an owner's representative of high-rise office. Mr. Tuesley began his professional career with IBM as a Sales Representative in the IBM Portland and Seattle offices.

Mr. Tuesley graduated from the School of Business at the University of Washington with a degree in Finance and Marketing. He has earned both the CCIM and RPA designations.
