Bruce Tuesley joined Kennedy Associates in February 2005 as a Vice President, Asset Management. Mr. Tuesley came to Kennedy from
Trammell Crow Company, where he was responsible for all leasing activities in over one million sf of mixed use real estate owned by
Microsoft Co-founder Paul Allen in the South Lake Union area of Seattle.
Mr. Tuesley has worked for over 24 years in the real estate industry. He has experience in office, industrial and high tech brokerage,
industrial development, and as an owner's representative of high-rise office. He began his professional career with IBM as a Sales
Representative in the IBM Portland and Seattle offices.
Mr. Tuesley graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Finance and Marketing. Mr. Tuesley is a LEED Accredited
Professional and has earned both the CCIM and RPA designations.
