Brian Urback joined Kennedy Associates in June 2005 as a Vice President, Asset Management.
Mr. Urback came to Kennedy from Housing Resources Group, where he was responsible for management
of its portfolio of 25 downtown Seattle residential and mixed-use properties. Prior to joining
HRG, Mr. Urback was President of Investco Financial Corporation, responsible for overseeing
its portfolio of 1.2 million sf of commercial space and 2,000 multi-family units. He commenced
his professional career at McDonnell Douglas Corporation in Long Beach, California.
At Kennedy, Mr. Urback is responsible for a 2.4 million sf portfolio of office and industrial
assets valued at $222 million located in Seattle, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
Mr. Urback holds an MBA degree from Pepperdine University and a BS degree in Mechanical
Engineering from University of Washington. He has been awarded the Certified Property Manager
designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
