Belinda Bail is an architect who joined Kennedy Associates in October of 2005 as Vice President, Hotel Design and Construction, after a year of consulting work with the firm. Ms. Bail manages the design and construction of hotels and hotel renovations, as well as due diligence for new hotel opportunities.

Previously, Ms. Bail worked as a Design and Construction Consultant doing projects for Le Meridien Hotels and Resorts in London. Her experience includes positions as Vice President of Design and Construction for Le Meridien North America Division and Vice President Capital Projects at Wyndham International Hotels. She was also a project manager for Westin Hotels and Resorts and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. Prior to project management, she was a practicing architect in Seattle and Pennsylvania.

Ms. Bail received her Bachelor of Architecture from Washington State University and her Executive Masters of Business from the University of Washington.
